Giggly Facility Executive (Full-Time)

Responsibilities:  

  • Ensures that children follow laid down safety measures when they make use of our trampolines and other play facilities in our indoor playroom.
  • Handles amusement and recreation services and interact with children Assist to manage and co-ordinate birthday parties and events.
  • Responsible for the cleanliness of the play room. 
  • Involves in conducting daily check of indoor playground and ensuring that all elements are in good and safe condition.
  • Responsible for cashiering work and the accuracy of cash floats as part of opening and closing counter duties.  
  • Welcomes members and potential members / clients by greeting them in person or on the telephone; answering or directing inquiries. 
  • Ensures that all contacts with clients (e-mail, walk-In center, SMS or phone) provides the client with a personalized customer service experience of the highest levell.
  • Through interaction with clients on the phone, uses every opportunity to build client’s interest in the organization’s products and services.
  • Manages administrative duties assigned by the management in an effective and timely manner.
  • Consistently stays abreast of any new information on the organizations’ products, promotional campaigns etc. to ensure accurate and helpful information is supplied to clients when they make enquiries.  

Requirements:

  • Has a pleasant and outgoing personality, loves interaction between children and parents.
  • Has at least 1 year of working experience in related field. 
  • Valid CPR + AED Certification will be advantageous.  
  • Possess good customer service and able to work independently. 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.  
  • Able to perform shift duties on weekends and PHs. 

Remuneration Package:

Giggly Crew (Part-Time)

 Responsibilities:

  • Handle retail sales of merchandise and services (indoor playroom).
  • Able to interact with children.
  • Cashiering work.
  • Perform daily maintenance of playroom, toys and play surface.
  • Assist to co-ordinate birthday parties and events.

Requirements: 

  • Friendly, caring and pleasant attitude.
  • Passion to play and interact with children.
  • Willing to work both weekdays and weekends.
  • Retail sales & relevant working experience is an advantage.

Remuneration Package:  

  • Hourly pay from $7.50, incentives, bonus, and lots more attractive benefits etc.
